SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (South Africa): 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: May take up to 10 business days

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Delays Elvior Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at elviorstore1995@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the courier.
