RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Elvior Store, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging with all tags and accessories included. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to either your original payment method or as store credit — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in original sealed packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at elviorstore1995@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

This policy is in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), No. 68 of 2008.
